I have recently read articles that say that, though it's healthy to eat your 5-a-day, fruit can harm you if you're on a diet because of all the sugar that's in it.
I'm on slimming world and the thing that keeps me going on is the fact that I can eat fruit as much as I want! I especially love green apples because they're sooo refreshing!
The article also suggested to switch some fruit with vegetables, but really vegetable as a snack doesn't really do it for me...
What do you think? Do you eat a lot of fruit when on slimming world?
