Hi there, I've been doing it for a couple of weeks now, I started on TS but it just didn't suit my body and I was making me ill so I have a meal at night. I'm worried I'm having far too much though. Always chicken, usually with some stir fried veggies and either salad leaves or some cauliflower.
How are you getting on? I've only lost 3.75lbs since eating my meals but lost inches last week instead of weight. This week I lost weight but put on a half inch here and there. I wish I knew how that worked lol.
It would be great to have a working solutions thread wouldn't it?
