Working Solutions Is there anyone out there

Dont kno if its just me not looking properly, but theres hardly any threads for people on working solutions. Ive seen the recipies sticky but it would be nice to here from anyone out there.
 
Hi there, I've been doing it for a couple of weeks now, I started on TS but it just didn't suit my body and I was making me ill so I have a meal at night. I'm worried I'm having far too much though. Always chicken, usually with some stir fried veggies and either salad leaves or some cauliflower.

How are you getting on? I've only lost 3.75lbs since eating my meals but lost inches last week instead of weight. This week I lost weight but put on a half inch here and there. I wish I knew how that worked lol.

It would be great to have a working solutions thread wouldn't it?

Hi yes it would. Its my totm so i didnt weigh in on my usual monday never planned to be on exante for 2 long, did 5 weeks ts and doing another 3 ws. I look forward to loosing inches than i do lbs, its the looking in the mirror and looking slimmer that does it for me.

I eat more fish than anything. Had a turkey ham omlette with onions and green peppers tonight, which has filled me up. Gonna some turkey burgers with corriander and salad on friday.

Hope u have a calorie controlled week :)
