Sorry to keep going on but I really feel like I'm having too much and won't lose weight! Doing 3 a day plus the meal option. So for my final meal tonight I had...

A fillet of haddock (just under 100g)
50g shallots
100g mushrooms
50g courgette

So the 100g of fish and 200g veg. That made an absolutely massive meal, is that really allowed? Nothing there I shouldn't have? Really feels too good to be true!
 
I dont have the meals, but as long as you dont add anything except maybe some seasoning I cant see why that isnt ok?
 
Yes - it's absolutely fine - good isn't it?!
 
Thanks, just wanted to check, seemed like it was way too much! This is by far the best and easiest diet I've ever done.
 
Isn't it just Caroline ? I just wish I had found it years ago! It is fabulous and the speedy losses keep your willpower up x

so Ive been invited to a cavery, technically I could stick to the plan coudnt I? turkey and veg, might be a bit dry.. but doable?
I cant wait for my first 'official' weigh in, I mean ofc after one day I jumped on the scales (I know I shouldnt, I did!) but I knew I was already lighter, (I am!)
 
Yep - a carvery is perfectly doable. Just choose turkey and appropriate veggies.
