Total Solution Is water the key?

I'm a daily scales hopper, I know it's bad but I've done it my whole calorie counting journey and I don't see myself stopping now!

But after my fri night pasta dinner I'm only down 0.8lbs so far for this weeks loss.

I feel I'm drinking lots but prob could do with drinking more.

Would not drinking enough water be slowing my loss this week, or has my carb dinner thrown it off balance? Or should I just be grateful for my great loss last week & stop complaining!!!

I'd day it's going to be down to your dinner. The problem with eating carbs is you gain water etc

It's pretty unusual to eat something like that and it not have an impact on the scales. That's why it has to be high protein and low cals you have. Increasing your water intake won't undo the damage. Main thing is youre getting a loss and you know not to have carbs like that again x
