My poor diary has been very ignored!! Pleased to say it's not for a bad reason though- I've deffo found my mojo (at last!) and can't wait for WI tomorrow! x

Now, my next aim is at least another half stone off before Christmas, which would bring me up to 3 stone loss. Easily do-able and I have no holidays really planned apart from a little weekend away, so hopefully the next half stone won't be as much of a struggle as this one has been xx

Back with my neglected food diary. Going to put a bit more effort in listing what veg goes into the meals i make and list the synned ingredients. Who knows, maybe one day i'll even get the symbols in haha :D

Syns for Oyster Sauce (1) and Sweet Chilli Sauce (2.5) Oil (3)

HEX B x 2 - 2 x Alpen Lights.

Other- Mixed fruit mid AM.

Morning everyone, it's the weekend! Not up to much this weekend..gonna get some shopping done, do some Christmas shopping online and make up some meals to freeze for next week :)

Morning!

Monday again :( Feeling very happy though after i've managed to stay on track completly for the week- which will hopefully show tomorrow on the scales. I was running late this morning though so didn't have time to have my planned breakfast. All i had time for was 2 grab a couple of Alpen Lights and munch them on my way to the Metro station. I dunno about other people but personally, these don't do a lot for me in the hunger stakes! Just know I'm going to be starving by mid AM. I have a banana with me so hopefully that will curb off some of the hunger! Just realised my food doesn't look like much with just the soup for tea but I love it so much :D Might do potato skins or something with it then.
