It's really weird, I haven't really been hungry throughout the day at all but yep drank more water than usual. Got me tea on now. Yum! You had any more thoughts about trying it? Xx

I think if I do then I'll try and keep it in SW terms - so like my 500 cal days I'll have to incorporate my HexA and B choices but that'll take up nearly half the allowance? Need some looking into but I think it's doable! Xx
I must admit today doesn't really seem too bad food wise. I've never counted calories, but thought 500 wouldn't really get you that far, but it seems you've had a decent amount of food.
I am really considering looking in to this... Just for a few weeks as a bit of a boost!
HOW is cod in BUTTER sauce only 100 calories? That sounds very strange!

Sometimes I just have to go to bed to stop myself eating I found a list of 50 foods for under 50cals if you want me to post them for you? Might help with snacky problems? Xx
