Good day there! Stir fry is awesome for low cal but bulky meals. Well done one getting that day down you! Would recommend 'filling up' on fluids too, only going by what my work colleague says :) xx

It's really weird, I haven't really been hungry throughout the day at all but yep drank more water than usual. Got me tea on now. Yum! You had any more thoughts about trying it? Xx

I think if I do then I'll try and keep it in SW terms - so like my 500 cal days I'll have to incorporate my HexA and B choices but that'll take up nearly half the allowance? Need some looking into but I think it's doable! Xx

Yeah, incorporating the HEX's would eat up the 500! My original plan was to do 500 calories on the fast day sand then so usual SW on the other days but after looking properly into it, I've decided to do the 'eat whatever you like' approach..mainly as I'm curious to see what my losses would be like! Tbh, it will probably resemble a typical SW day for me more or less. Looking forward to weighing in on Friday xx

I must admit today doesn't really seem too bad food wise. I've never counted calories, but thought 500 wouldn't really get you that far, but it seems you've had a decent amount of food.

I was pleasantly surprised too! Thought I'd made a mistake lol, but I've logged everything on MFP and been looking at the labels to double check. Time will tell :)

Re cod in butter sauce- it's those frozen pouches. I've always really them..used to have the parsley one too. All brands are pretty much comparable with calories but here's the one i had today Young's Seafood / Love Fish / Our Products / 4 Cod Steaks in a Butter Sauce xx
 
Looks like you're doing really well with the 5:2 thing, well done! I'm pleasantly surprised at how far just 500cals can stretch, pretty impressive! :)

Got hungry at about 11pm last night but I just went to bed and that solved the problem! Woke up feeling really chuffed that I managed my first day well :)

Today is a Feast Day..not sure which snacks I'm gonna have yet so will update as I go along.

Yeah I've got a diary but don't know how to link on my phone! So got through my first "fast" yesterday and it wasn't too bad, went slightly over at 512 cals. Today I'm going to loosely follow slimming world and aim for round 1500 cals going to use Mfp as well just to check. Good luck today sounds like a good one :) xx
