Worse!:eek: I've never felt anything like it before LOL! There was 9 of us there last night, 3 of them were really fit..2 of the men had 6 packs etc and there one was one really skinny girl..it even killed them!

Can you move yet?

I can indeed..for some reason though, its only my bum muscles what are aching?!

Gosh it sounds like it was tough your a braver woman than me! It's amazing what we pay money for isnt it lol :) x

I haven't, really regret not doing at the start! Think I'll do them though, I'm only 6 weeks in so not too late really x
 
Goog Morning!

Yet another weekend over..not fair how they go so quick! I don't often post my diaries over the weekend as i'm always busy, but had rather a good one. I was soo peckish last night though so i snacked quite a lot but not on naughties so hopefully it'll be ok.

I have my next session at boot camp tonight..my poor muscles are still aching from the last one :eek:

Breakfast

Magic Porridge

Mid Morning

Alpen Light (3)
Grapes

Dinner

Baked potato with beans and salad

Pre bootcamp snack

Fruit salad

Tea

SW sticky chicken (update syns) rice and veg

Syns-
Exercise- 30 mins walking
45 mins bootcamp

Really pleased actually, happy as I enjoyed boot camp tonight :D now to get cooking my tea, mmm!! Xx
 
Certainly not!

Just here to report my loss of 1.5lbs this week. Would have liked a bit more but that's how it goes! Ran C25K Wk 7 Run 1 on way home from class..was ok but had a few stops- probably 2 mins in total as my calf muscles were really aching, prob as a result of yesterday! Back there tomorrow though so didn't want to overdo it.

Well done on the loss hunni hope your relaxing them calves be careful as u said not to overdo it x
 
Yep, Sat and Sun are my chillax days! Plus I often slack on the running a teeny bit during the week ;) nothing a nice hot bath doesn't sort! X

Hi Folks

not around much lately, life isn't treating me too kindly :( :( Nothing weight related btw! Usually when im stressed etc i eat crap but its actually the opposite- i'm having trouble eating which i know is just as bad.

Still dragging myself to bootcamp in the mean time.

Hopefully see you all next week, will see how i'm feeling x

Awww no hun I'm sorry things are rubbish for you, sending you virtual hugs. Try and stay as healthy as u can especially if your doing bootcamp still you will end up sinking yourself poorly!

Don't stay away too long xxx
