Hiya! It was great thanks, we met up at 11 and all made our way home about 7ish apart from Gingaling as she had a wedding to prepare for! We went for dinner at a French restaurant in Covent Garden, I had scallops with a crab risotto. I always get chicken so thought I'd have a change!
We shared a bottle of Prosecco before hand, a Pinot blush during and a good few cocktails afterwards at a couple of different bars. Was a really nice day and great to meet people in "person" lots of laughs were had
me and Sarah are going home with a souvenir ping pong ball each and Minky, a shot glass lol! The sun came out too which made it even better. Hopefully we can do it again soon and yous can join us! God I have a numb bum now! Get into Newcastle 9.50, looking forward to stretching lol! Xx

Morning!
Done the shred and had a breakfast of yogurt, fruit and a small handful of muesli whilst sat in the garden, it's such a glorious day!!
It's my brothers birthday today so we're going out for food and drinks mid afternoon and it'll probably be birthday cake tonight! Xx

Hiya!
Had a lovely time yesterday with the family, food was gorge! Ended up having sticky toffee pudding for dessert and then a piece of flake birthday cake in the evening!! Few drinks too. Anyway, back properly today I've done the shred this morning, can totally feel a huge difference so far, a lot easier than when I started!
Today is kind of a fast day. I say kind of, as my mam had made a smoothie this morning and had already poured me a glass for after the shred. Aside from that though, 500 max. Today, I'm planning on enjoying my last day off, first day tomorrow! I am looking forward to a new start but nervous at the same time, sure I'll be fine after a few hours gonna sit tonight and plan meals for the week, will put the order in online too xx
