Hi hewey.

I found the diet that suited me and that I felt I could stick with. Atkins was the one for me, I am very susceptible to putting on weight if I consume carbs, so LC is my lifestyle now.

Tips, hmmm difficult. Don't give in maybe, we all fall off the diet wagon now and again, it's important not to let yourself give in at that point, just haul yourself up and get back on track.

You need to get your head right first, that's probably the most important tip I can think of, get that right and the rest will follow.

What diet are you thinking of then mate?

the trick I think is not to let the fast balls that life throws at you drag you off track love.

I've got more fast balls than I know how to deal with at the moment Jim but it won't always be so and I am looking ahead to a time when I can sort myself out properly - I still have my eye on the goal and that's the important thing x
