tea: birthday meal out - had a harvesters and wnen to town so not sure how many syns it all was.

breakfast: none. didnt wake up till 2ish!!!! an ohhh my felt poorly!


dinner: two slices wholmeal toast and butter hexb and 5.5 syns

tea: had a nandos! chicken burger, chips and rice. all quite health minus the chips! im going to guesstimate 20 syns all together including my healthy extras

dinner: cup a soup - i though these were free which is why i bought them but turns out they have 4.5 syns in one! damnit!!!! could of had a club biscuit for one extra syn :O
oh well going to have some fruit and a miller light ... not very hungry really...

tea: im going to make spicy chicken, sw chips and a lare plate of salad. mayo 1.5
