Hi everyone, back on Minimins
I didn't even know it was back again, I'm so happy!
Back on the SW wagon again. I've lost 10lbs since I started 2 weeks ago so it's going well so far
Weighed in this morning at 16 stone exactly so I'm almost in the 15's!
Here is today's food plan.
Breakfast
Poached egg, cherry tomatoes, brown sauce (1 syn) on toast (Hexb)
Lunch
2 bannisters baked potatoes (1 syn) tuna mayo (1.5 syns) sweetcorn & beetroot.
Snack
Monster Munch (5.5 syns) Cafe Au Lait (2 syns) Banana
Dinner
Thai sweet chilli prawn stir fry (2 syns)
Supper
Alpro dark chocolate milk (Hexa) apple, strawberries
