Ivf weight!

Hi

I did first cycle of ivf and it failed. In this time I put on a stone++!!! Then whilst waiting for next round I got pregnant which as told unlikely could happen we were shocked. I miscarried at 5 wks and now want to lose ivf weight before new cycle.
I am starting CD tomorrow which I did before ivf so know it works for me but any encouragement welcome!!!

Hi I'm on cd I its going to be a week tomorrow. And I'm doing this for ivf as well. I had a miscarriage in June at 9 weeks and I put a stone and half on. So going to lose this then go for the ivf. You can do this think about what you want and go for it. X

Hi I'm doing cd to get accepted for ivf treatment. I've been told if I don't get my bmi down to 30 or less they won't allow me to get treatment I have to keep telling myself do I want more food or a baby! It works at times but other times not so much! This morning I've woke up more determined than ever to get through this and get started! Good luck x

Thanks for the encouragement!! I did CD to get to ivf weight too. As i put on lots of weight during due to hormone injections but after failed cycle then miscarriage want to lose before starting next cycle. Plus it will help me feel back in control! Good luck and if wanna chat/moan I am here

I had my 1st weigh in just now and I've lost 4lbs only! It's that time of the month (day 1) and I'm a sucker for retaining water but I'm in it and I want to lose weight to gain weight but for the special reason that comes after it
