Well that week didnt go very well did it ??
And therefore it serves me right for not filling out my diary !
, that I put on half a pound on Wednesday. I thought I had quite a good week, I went walking a few times and thought I ate well........but I'd know for sure if I filled out my diary
So here goes:
First PROPER week of January ( all xmas goodies have now been banished
)
Day 1 Thursday 12th Jan
Breakfast: Mullerlight, grapes, strawberries, banana
1 Pint Water
Snack: Apple & Alpen Light ( 1x HEB)
1 Pint Water
Lunch Baked Potato, Chilli with Baked Beans
Pear
1 Pint Water
Snack: Alpen Light (2nd HEB)
1 Pint Water
Dinner: Omlette with ham, mushrooms, peppers and tomato
Excersise : 50 minute walk
HEA : Milk in tea
