Aww were u still celerbrating your birthday ?? If so that's allowed jade :))
If not a smack wrist is needed lol lol u look amazing right now so I wouldn't worry to much.
So are ure scales ok ?? I also had a bad evening myself last night was miserable that I couldn't find a new dress lol. X

haha! its my TOTM and i couldn't stop eating, i weighed myself today and i have gained like half a pound lol :-( im surprised, i thought it would have been a lot more i had pizza, chinese, chips, mcdonalds!!!! a full on binge! naughty me!

That's pretty good hun im up 1 bloody pound oh well!! nope didnt find a dress so just wearing a short black skirt and a nice short/blouse top. only wore it once so can wear it again all good.

are u back home now?? your family will have a shock when they see u.x

haha yeah exactly you can wear it again, bet it looked lovely!
nope i still live at home, so they all see me everyday haha! would be nice if i didn't so then they could see me and be surprised maybe! xx
 
Well, I haven't had a good week in terms of eating, not at all! Chinese, pizza, chips, mcdonalds twice! You name it, I ate it! No idea what happened to me, I am usually so determined and I never eat badly since starting CC'n!! I exercised for an hours and then did some pilates tonight, its been a long time since I have exercised and I am feeling positive again, I think I need exercise to clear my mind!!

Thanks hun! :) I thought I would be really really happy, jumping around dancing type of happy when I would be this close to my final goal (a pound away) but I don't feel very happy, still feel I could loose quite a bit more but at least I still have the motivation to loose some more, maybe about a stone or half a stone then I will be doing cartwheels around the house haha! xxx
 
How was everybody's christmas? I'm pretty sure I've gained a few pounds, been too scared to look! Feel bigger thats for sure, bit more flabby/bloated too yuck! How did everyone find christmas in terms of eating? was my first christmas being on a 'diet'!
 
Yeah I am on CC I have just recently started. Just reading through some of the threads.

Heey jade I'm here I have been on a vlcd to shift some weight.

But will be back over onto this side again very soon
