You mentioned using the Light Choice Honey & Mustard Dressing from Tescos, whats that like? You can have a lot of it for 1.5 syns can't you? I am a huge dressing fan, but I have always found "diet" dressings to be crap and sour or watery, whats this one like? Is it creamy? I usually stick to light salad cream as I think its still really nice as a diet dressing, but it can get a bit boring.

Breakfast - 1 banana, 1 Special K Chewy Delight Cereal Bar (hexb), 1 WW Toffee yogurt
Lunch - Mug Shot Spicy Tomato, 1 pot of Hartleys 10 Calorie Mango & Passionfruit Jelly (0.5syn), strawberries
Dinner - Mini Tuna & Sweetcorn Quiches topped with 60g cheese (hexa) served with plain jacket potato and side salad (lettuce, tomato, cucumber)
Snacks - 1 can Relentless Sugar Free Energy Drink (1syn), 1 Tesco Salt & Vinegar Ricecake (1.5syns), 1 Cadury Creme Egg (9syns)
Water - I will update this at the end of the day
Total Weekly Syns - 53/70
Total Weekly Exercise (working towards Bronze Body Magic) - 0/45
It's weigh in day today so I will report back tonight with the results. I have been 100% on plan so hoping for a nice loss, however its star week and im not sure if that could affect my weight or not?
