12/03/2013 - Extra Easy Day

Breakfast
- 2 Alpen Light cereal bars (hexb), 1 WW Toffee yogurt, 1 satsuma

Lunch - Salad box (carrot, celery, cucumber, tomatoes) with 150g tub Asda Less Fat Cottage Cheese with Red Pepper & Chilli (1syn)

Dinner - 1 small jacket potato with 200g can of Heinz Reduced Salt & Sugar Baked Beans served with side salad (celery,tomato, cucumber), 3 Babybel Light (hexa)

Snacks - 1 can Relentless Sugar Free Energy Drink (1 syn), 1 can Diet Coke, 1 banana

Water - 6 glasses

Total Weekly Syns - 2/70
Total Weekly Exercise (working towards Bronze Body Magic) - 0/45

Breakfast
- 2 satsuma's, 1 WW Vanilla yogurt

Lunch
- 4 Ryvita (hexb) topped with 60g Low Low Cheese Spread (hexa) and tomato, 1 WW Vanilla yogurt

Dinner - Batchelors Pasta n Sauce Cheese, Leek & Ham (1syn) with added broccoli and 1tbps english mustard (1/2syn), 1 nectarine

Snacks - 2 cans Diet Coke, carrot sticks

Water - 3 glasses (not good enough today!)

- 1 nectarine, 1 satsuma, 1 WW Toffee yogurt, green tea

Lunch
- 4 Ryvita (hexb) topped with 60g Low Low Cheese Spread (hexa) and tomato, 1 WW Vanilla yogurt

Dinner - Maggi So Juicy Mixed Herbs (split between two people = 2 1/2syns each) with 1 chicken breast and served with a side salad (lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, celery, pickled onions)

Snacks - 2 cans Diet Coke, 2 Ryvita Fruit Crunch (5syns) topped with 30g Chocolate Philadelphia (4 1/2syns) - these were AMAZING!!!

Water - 6 glasses

Total Weekly Syns - 15 1/2/70

Lunch - Spicy Tomato Mug Shot, 1 banana, 1 pot of Hartley's 10 Calorie Strawberry & Kiwi Jelly (1/2syn)

Dinner - 1 melt in the middle burger (extra lean mince, mixed herbs, chilli powder, 60g cheese (hexa & 6syns)) served with a side salad (lettuce, rocket, cucumber, tomato)

Snacks - 3 cans Diet Coke, 1 Tesco Salt & Vinegar Rice Cake (1 1/2syns)

Water - I will update this at the end of the day

Is anyone doing anything for Red Nose Day today? We are having a wear your pyjamas to work day so i'm sat here in my onsie. A little embarrassing when I had to pop to Tesco on my lunch though!!!

Snacks - 2 cans Diet Coke, 3 Ryvita Original Crispbread (4.5syns) topped with 60g Low Low Cheese Spread (hexa)

Water
- 6 glasses

I haven't eaten enough superfree today. It isn't usually a problem for me but i guess i just wanted convinience today and was being a bit lazy!

You mentioned using the Light Choice Honey & Mustard Dressing from Tescos, whats that like? You can have a lot of it for 1.5 syns can't you? I am a huge dressing fan, but I have always found "diet" dressings to be crap and sour or watery, whats this one like? Is it creamy? I usually stick to light salad cream as I think its still really nice as a diet dressing, but it can get a bit boring.

The Tesco dressing is lovely, it's not too watery and doesn't taste any different from a full calorie version I don't think. They have a lovely range of low calorie dressings, all worth a try.

- 1 nectarine, 2 hard boiled eggs, 2 slices of wholemeal bread from 400g loaf (hexb) topped with 50g Low Low Cheese Spread (part of hexa)

Lunch - Subway salad bowl (lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, gerkins, peppers, grated cheese (6syns))

Dinner
- Lamb dinner (lamb, boiled potatoes, carrots, cabbage), green tea

Snacks - 3 cans Diet Coke, 1 Ryvita Cracked Black Pepper Crispbread (2syns) topped with 10g Low Low Cheese Spread (remainder of hexa)

Water
- 6 glasses

Total Weekly Syns - 41/70

Your diary is so neat lol I'm on mobile app so can't do the fancy colours. Can I just ask why your weekly syns are 70? Did you choose this yourself? You do really well to have minimal syns everyday. Hat off to you!

Thanks hun! I try and update it on the PC during the day as I have usually planned my food in advance and then make any changes as needed on the app on my phone.
My consultant has said we get 10-15 syns a day so i thought 70 syns weekly was enough for me. I try and keep my syns low during the week in case I want a treat at the weekend :) x

It's weigh in day today so I will report back tonight with the results. I have been 100% on plan so hoping for a nice loss, however its star week and im not sure if that could affect my weight or not?

Not hit star week yet. I was on depo last time I did Sw and I get star weeks every 2 months though now so not run into one yet lol
