16/04/2013 - Extra Easy Day
Ok, so after weigh in last night I ended up eating lots of chocolate oooppps, but I am drawing a line under it as that was last week and today marks the start of a new week!
Breakfast - Strawberries, kiwi, 1 Mullerlight Toffee Yogurt
Lunch - 4 Ryvita Original (hexb) topped with 60g Low Low Cheese Spread (hexa) and cherry tomatoes, 1 Hartleys 10 Calorie Strawberry and Kiwi Jelly Pot (0.5syns)
Dinner - Egg and cous cous salad (2 hard boiled eggs, 1/2 pack Ainsley Harriott Chilli Cous Cous (1.5syns), lettuce, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, celery, pickled onions)
Snacks - 1 apple, 2 cans Diet Cherry Coke, 1 Rich Tea Biscuit (2syns)
Total Weekly Syns - 4/70
Total Weekly Exercise (working towards Bronze Body Magic) - 0/45
This week i am also going to eat all of my main meals from a smaller plate and see if the smaller portions affect my loss next week. Despite cooking food optimising friendly food now I still pile my plate as high as my partners and this is something i really want to stop!
