I'm back after a few days off plan and starting a fresh week. Hope you're all ok? Will catch up with your diaries tonight/tomorrow.
Breakfast - 2 Weetabix (hexb 1/2) with 300ml skimmed milk (part hexa) and sweetener, cup of tea with 50ml skimmed milk (remainder of hexa) and sweetener
Lunch - Melon and grape pot, 2 Alpen Light Chocolate and Fudge cereal bars (hexb 2/2)
Dinner - Mugshot Tomato & Herb, corn on the cob, 1 banana, 1 Mullerlight Banana & Custard yoghurt
Snacks - 38g Smarties Hexatube (9), 1 Solero Exotic ice-lolly (4.5)
