Making dinner tonight, just a quick and easy fish fingers, mashed potato and peas though
Breakfast: Fat-free probiotic yog (1), Apple (0), Mixed frozen berries (0)
Morning: 1 slice wholemeal bread (2), ham (1)
Lunch: Weetabix oaty bar (2) - these are delicious and have 6g of fibre in one, yum! red kidney beans (2), mixed vegetables (1), low-fat soft cheese (1), soreen lunchbox malt loaf (3)
Afternoon: WW fromage frais (1), clementine (0)
Dinner: Mashed potato (5), 3 fish fingers (4), peas (2)
Dessert: Strawberries (0), muller light yog (2)
Total: 27pp
(Just for reference, not really sticking to the WW plan of such!)
