I had a lovely day - 3 to 4 hours of walking though :p Resisted the takeaway chicken and chips everyone else had as we were walking home too!

Breakfast - 1/2 pomegranate and raspberry oat bar (2pp), pineapple (0pp)
Morning - Vanilla choob yoghurt (1pp), Pear (0pp)
Lunch - Cheese and ham toastie from Tesco café (instead of mc donalds!) (9pp), clementine (0pp), grapes (0pp), diet coke (0pp)
Afternoon - WW crisps (2pp), raspberry split ice lolly (1pp)
Evening - Chicken breast (3pp), mixed vegetables (2pp), 1 slice wholemeal bread (2pp), ham (1pp)
Dessert - Fat-free natural yoghurt (2pp), fruit and nut cereal topper (4pp)

Not done much today :) Making dinner tonight, just a quick and easy fish fingers, mashed potato and peas though :p

Breakfast: Fat-free probiotic yog (1), Apple (0), Mixed frozen berries (0)
Morning: 1 slice wholemeal bread (2), ham (1)
Lunch: Weetabix oaty bar (2) - these are delicious and have 6g of fibre in one, yum! red kidney beans (2), mixed vegetables (1), low-fat soft cheese (1), soreen lunchbox malt loaf (3)
Afternoon: WW fromage frais (1), clementine (0)
Dinner: Mashed potato (5), 3 fish fingers (4), peas (2)
Dessert: Strawberries (0), muller light yog (2)

Total: 27pp :) (Just for reference, not really sticking to the WW plan of such!)
