Well, it took a lot for that news to sink in and i'm not sure i've really absorbed it yet but at the end of the day, i don't have a very good relationship with my Dad so my brother might not even want anything to do with me, in that case it's not worth even contemplating :) I've decided that I'm going to stick with my weeklies at 49 but increase my dailies to 32, otherwise I have a feeling i'd be very reluctant to use my weekly points and would still be losing!

You have to do what works for you food wise,I always say that! As to the brother issue I guess that will have to be talked over and take it from there.

Well done on managing all your points Hun. Fruit juice and nuts are a great way to use them up without feeling like you are over eating. Xx

Well done with the extra pp! I think if your not a big eater and wanna up pp then healthy high calorie food is the best! Nuts or avacado are great options. They ate both great for us but high in pp!

Lol but super fruity shredded wheat sounds so good!! I had a mini box of Cheerios this morning with 125ml milk 5pp and was bland and soggy by the time I got to it lol
 
Hi jaly sorry to hear ur news about visiting BF that sucks but oct will soon be round, and a half brother eeek he might want to meet u and u never know u might get on with him.
Foods looking good if u can't manage ur 90 weeklies I will have them lol, I am back on plan today :) fed up with stuffing my face thanks for popping into my diary hope u have a good day xxx
