Hey erm think I've lost ~3st 8lbs since I started. I've lost more than that at parts but brought myself back up to a more "normal" weight. Currently happy with my weight but now looking to change my image in the gym when I start. I'm just back from New York and Copenhagen and going to Latvia/Estonia in a couple of days.
Started on the 3rd April 2013 and was finished by May 25th 2013 so was only a short stint on Lipotrim but thankfully never have to get back to shakes ever again (outside of gym shakes) & thanks should be a nice trip!
Yep and that was with a couple of low weeks too (2-3lbs). Lipotrim weight loss depends entirely on the person and the only thing people can do to help their losses are 1. Having all your shakes at the correct times every day, 2. No cheating, and 3. Drinks enough water (3-5 litres p/day) <<< MOST IMPORTANT. Aside from that just keep going and it'll drop off a lot quicker than you planned (I thought it'd take me 12 weeks+ for my loss). Good luck.
