Hi I've been doing EE for a week and lost 1.5 lbs, don't know if I'm doing it ok cos class is quite full and haven't had chance to chat to counsellor. I thought that if I posted my food diary on here if I was doing it wrong someone could point it out to me, I would be very grateful.
Breakfast. oats so simple plain with skimmed milk He A and B
Snack. Banana and apple
Lunch. minestrone soup from EE cookbook,chicken salad, shape lasting satisfaction yogurt.
Dinner. asda bbq spare ribs 3.5 syns
