Well done everyone
Hey, I have just started again too, do you mind if I join your group too?
I weighed in at 13.9 last night and I would like to get my 5% goal first which will take me to 12.4.
I would eventually like to get to 11, possibly 10.7 but going to just take each week as it comes as when I start giving myself too big goals I go nuts eating everything in sight!! Lol!!!

I would like to join in if I may. I am doing this at home and started in1/1/12 I have struggled to see much weight lose in scales dispute being extra good so some friendly support and hints and tips would be ever so welcome
To date I have lost 3lbs but thought I would see more by now.

Not sure how I missed you guys, I started on Jan 1st. My WI day is Thursday and so far I have lost:
Week 1: -5
Week 2: -3
Week 3: -2.5
Week 4: -1.5 (shown above)
I have wanted/needed to shift this weight for a couple of years now, and joined SW before any holiday plans BUT I am now going away on Sept 14th so that is my goal date for my Bikini Bodyxxx

would like to join this group!had my first SW meeting on Tuesday and weighed 16st 4lbs. Gulp!
Starting Weight: 16st 4lbs
Goal Weight: 10st 5lbs
Goals
* Loose 2 stone by my 21st Birthday on 1st April - 14st 4lbs
* Be in the 13stones when i go to Egypt on 19th April
* 11 stone for my summer holiday in July
Very new to this so not sure if these are achievable goals?! I hope so!! xx

Well, I haven't set myself personal goals as such, but I am taking it half a stone at a time.
With that in mind I do have the following mini goals set out as per SW (my starting weight was 12st 4lbs on Jan 1st):
Hoping for a good week this week, lots of walking, lots of water, lots of SF and not so many Syns but it's not showing on my scales just yet
- Club 10 Target: 11st (6lbs to go)
- Interim target 1: 10st 7lbs (13lbs to go)
[*]Interim target 2: 10st (20lbs to go)
[*]GOAL: 9st 7lbs (27lbs to go)xxx
Oooh... forgot to mention... I'm all set for my bronze body magic sticker this week, just filled in all my FIT logs properly and if i keep up last weeks routine for the next 4 weeks I'll be getting my Silver on March 1stxx Yay me!!x
