Hi Guys Thank you for all your kind words, had a busy few days, so glad the 6stone challenge is coming along nicely, lost 2lb today at WI. xx

:thankyou: both, :wavey:Chris is still very tired after his hospital appointments, been out twice now on the run and its taking it out on him, need to rest up now for the next few days.

Back on the sw plan, thinking positive, been doing my exercising again daily, managed to get a few new bits, trousers and trackers plus a new coat all size 18, really made up, now I know I have lost weight gone from a size 30 to a size 18 in just 29 weeks.:giggle::bighug: xx

Thanks Roziee, Yes and no, Chris eats same meals, but he has sweets (chewits) due to his medication he has a sweet tooth now, where as before he didn't, he also drinks normal pepsi I try to get him to have around 30 syns aday taking into account the pepsi, trying to get him to have diet pepsi from today but its not working.:giggle: xx
 
If the pepsi isn't every day then it's not too bad.. My hubby used to drink so much diet coke before.. Glad he's reduced it.. Too much of anything isn't good is it...

It is everyday, that's why I told him to try diet pepsi alter the drink until he gets use to just having diet pepsi, which will help him in the long run. xx
 
Had a quiet day Chris resting up while I did my spring cleaning also done my 30mins wi areobics and 30mins zumba today.

1/ Talked about going on a cruise and made some enquires
2/ Made some positive changes today regarding family

Morning Everyone this is my 1st diary starting today, thanks to the kind words from some of my friends, told to me to go ahead and start one, so hear I am, ever so nervous :help2: but excited.:)

Just getting ready to do my morning exercise of 40mins on wii EA sports active 2, 5mins dumbbell workout, 20mins wii fit plus and 30mins wii sport tennis.


Menu for today
Red Day

Breakfast

Melon

Mid morning after exercising
1 pint of water
Bacon (no fat), poached egg, mushrooms
Toast 1 X 400g brown bread HxB spread with quark.
Tea

Late Lunch
1 pint of water
Homemade Mushroom and Bacon soup syn free.
Toast Brown Bread 1 x 400g second half of HxB
Strawberries and Pineapple
Tea

Dinner
1 pint of water
Loin Pork chop
New Potatoes
Runner Beans, Carrots and Swede, Broccoli
Gravy made with oxo cube

Dessert
Homemade Lemon pudding syn free.
Tea

Nibbling on fruit throughout the day.


Supper night time drink with chocolate fix
250ml Cappuccino with 16g diary milk chocolate grated on top 1.5syns, Hubbys speciality, milk from allowance (A choice)

Feeling tired today blood sugar is low below 4, so had a lazy day, done my usual exercise still today, not done anything positive yet will see later.

I exercise this morning than had breakfast then took my reading and found it was low, craving sweet things at mo had to have a small piece of curly wurly left the rest till tonight, just took it again and its gone up to 5, its the first time it has fell below 4 normally stays between 5 and 7 which is normal. :D xx
