moody monday

breakfast: yogurt and fruit
lunch: ryvita and ham and salas
tea: yogurt, fruit, ham, slimming world chips and egg
snacks: 2 x ryvita with cold meat and chutney
chick peas - baked in oven with salt and pepper.

I've got the munchies today and a bit fed up with no reason why. Neil's party tomorrow which although I'm looking forward to I'm not sure I'm going to cope very well with the prospect of dieting. Don't know why todays a pain but it is.:sigh::sigh::sigh:
 
wonderful Wednesday

last night had cup a soup and yogurts and fruit and chicken drumsticks before going to Neil's party where I had copious amounts of wine and italian canapes but OH is only going to have one 40th birthday party so we made the most of it. Somehow still managed to lose 3lbs this week and be slimmer of the week.

today had:

breakfast: coffee, yogurt and fuit
lunch: cappucino, dips and sf humous
tea: lamb henry with lentils followed by homemade chocolate birthday cake and white wine !!

Tomorrow will be back 100% - it was Neil's party last night and his birthday today after this we have absolutely nothing major planned till mid November so game on........
 
Thirsty Thursday

breakfast - yogurt and plums
lunch - chicken mugshot, carrot sticks and humous and crab sticks
tea - chilli and rice with salad and fruit.

snacks: 1 x hex bar, options hot chocolate.
 
Funtime Friday

breakfast - yogurt and plums
lunch - mug shots fat free and tangerines
tea - sf chilli and rice and tangerine

1 x hex bar and syns taken as 1 x curly wurly 6.5
 
Smashing Saturday

breakfast: water, 2 x boiled egges and coffee
lunch: sliced chicken and salad and fruit
Tea: sin free chicken using hex for breadcrumbs. saldad and spicy wedges (2 syns)

Sunday Fooding

breakfast: fruit and coffee and sin free chicken (using hex b for bread crumbs)

lunch: syn free veg curry and rice

tea: crab sticks, carrot and celery sticks and yogurt and mint dip

syns : small handful of Jamie's crisps and gin and tonic - total syns = 5


MunchingMonday

breakfast: coffee, yogurt, 2 x tangerines

lunch: 3 slices of boiled ham, 1 mug shots (syn free) carrot and celery sticks with yogurt dip

tea: syn free veg curry and rice (leftover from last night)

snacks: crab sticks,

syns: mikados - 6 @ 1/2 syn each and chocolate options = total syns = 5
