Good loss up to now this week but I've only just returned to Atkins so it's probably to be expected. :)

Everyone should arm themselves with an item of clothing ie long socks, fat pants etc and start filling them weekly with rice etc - like my motivation sock which is now a motivation sack weighting 1 stone 13 lbs 4 oz, a very powerful tool to weight loss when you can actually pick it up and see what you've been carting about on the old bones!!!
 
Like the idea! I dont dare do one for the weight i've lost far - as i cant lift it:eek: i do remember comparing with different suitcases along the journey;) And also my DD only weighs 23kg and i can barely lift her - scarey lol!

Hiya, yes I am aware, I have had enough of the Exante and really wanted to start a new plan and have a new challenge I was going to switch over to the Atkins plan from tomorrow x
 
First week done! Weighed today lost 3 lbs!!!!
Starting weight 178 down to 175!!!!
Better than I thought it would be :)

Sandra if you want to respond to multiple messages, see the far right hand icon at the bottom right (looks like a black speech box with two white quote marks in it and then a + sign)? (this is when you're doing it from a computer, might be different when using the app)

Starting from the first post you want to respond to, click on that icon and a tick will appear. Repeat for all the others you want to comment on, then click on the "Reply with Quote" icon and it will bring all those posts up in your own Quick Reply section (as you use to do a normal post).

You can then edit down to have only the bits you want to refer to - just make sure that for each one, you keep the
at beginning and end - and then you can respond under each one :)
