I'm always overwhelmed when I log in to see so many messages of support etc - thank you! I know that your support is the reason why I am succeeding this time instead of yo-yo-ing like every other time I have dieted over the last decade!
Points wise - doing fine. Have managed to fit in some toning exercises the last 2 days and got 30 mins on the wii fit tonight - so hopefully that will get me back into the swing of things as far as the exercise goes - just hope I dont have a gain again like last time i re-introduced the exercise.
OH is being a pain in the rear at the moment and darling daughters obviously want to be put up for adoption if their behaviour tonight is anything to go by. Twinkles have got into the latest craze doing the rounds - collecting 'go-go's' or something - small 1" toys - well they had a full blown fight tonight screaming at each other over the blooming things. They were pulling hair, punching and kicking. Literally had to step in and separate them. Dont think its ever got to this point before! Threw the darn toys in the bin and sent them to bed straight after their tea. Two hours later they were still shouting at each other that its the other ones fault. Meanwhile big sister is sitting there like the cat thats got the cream - gloating that her sisters are in the dog house and she comes out with a list of sanctions she thinks I should impose on her sisters for their behaviour. I wouldnt mind but its normally her thats in the thick of it!!! Have kept her suggested list though for next time she plays up. Anyways enough of my ranting on about my delightful daughters.
Hopefully will get online tomorrow but working late and need some shopping. If not catch up with you all Thursday! Take care xxx

... My son did the gogos bit a few months ago, evil little things that have made their way up my hoover, down the couch and generally all over the house!! Luckily he is over them and on to the next thing now, so has three containers full of the things..another collection gathering dust in his bedroom!! x
