Well done getting back on track so quickly. Remind me, is SE when you have 2/3 plate superfree and the other 1/3 red/green or both? Do you still get to have all the HEXs?
 
Yep Julia, quite right. You get both A's and B's and your syns but all snacks must be superfree or synned at the highest red/green value.

Tuesday 11th August EE

B - 2 weetabix (B) milk (A)

L - 2 egg omelette with a tsp parmesan (1.5syns?) and tomatoes served with salad.

D - 3 WW sausages (1.5 syns) in a casserole with peppers, tinned tomatoes, courgette and some spices. Served with crushed potatoes.

Syns -

WI night but I am not going to have my usual Tuesday blow out, oh no, I've done enough of that lately! Hence the preparation of dinner. I'll put it in the oven before I go out and It will be ready for when I get home at 7ish.

Thanks Ladies - Hellie, I'm certain the clotted cream has not only stuck to my hips, but my thighs, my bum and my little Cornish belly I appear to have grown!

And to rub salt in the wound, Valentine was cooking scones last night on the telly box and put the biggest dollop ever on them. *sob*
 
Eek, 3lb on. I am now 5lb above my target :sigh: . I am now officially back "dieting" as I want to shift half a stone.

So, here we go :p

Wednesday 12th Extra Easy


B - Fruit salad with honeydew melon, grapes, blueberries, plums and kiwi

L - Left over sausage casserole and potatoes, muller FF yoghurt.

D - Fried eggs, SW chips, mushy peas.

A - milk B - Bread (chip butties - yum!)

Syns - highlights (2)

Snacks - banana

Thursday 13th Extra Easy

B - big fruit salad (same as yesterday)

L - Boiled egg salad (lettuce, peppers, onion, tomato, grapes) Lots of plums, muller vanilla & choc yoghurt
Had an orange mid afternoon, salad didn't quite fill me up!

D - Lamb Biryani (from the SW mag) with a tomato and onion salad and yoghurt & mint dressing

A - milk
B - 2 Ryvita fruit crunch

Syns - skinny cow hot choc (2) rich tea (2)

The lamb biryani last night was a huge success, it made a mountain too. Me and OH can usually eat a 4 person meal with only one lunch portion left, but this left at least 2 dinner portions! Will make this again for sure :D

Last extra easy day this week, doing red/green for the rest of the week.

Friday 14th Extra Easy

B - Fruit salad with melon, strawbs, nectarine, grapes and plums

L - Omelette with peppers, onion, tomatoes and served with baked beans and lettuce. Muller vanilla & choc yoghurt

D - Spicy minced beef & red lentils served with purple sprouting broccoli and cauliflower

Minced beef with onion, garlic, turmeric, coriander, red lentils, tinned toms, carrots, peas and beef stock.

A Milk
B Ryvita minis (with cottage cheese for supper)

Snacks - banana


Syns 1tbsp parmesan (1.5) very small homemade cookie (5)

Hmmm...that sounds wonderful!
Im plucking up the courage to try EE again...might even persuade my Mum to buy the cook book for me from class!!
 
Saturday 15th Green

B - 2 small slices bread (B) with home made jam (yummy!) 3 syns

Apple and banana mid morning

L - 2 scrambled eggs, baked beans, fresh tomatoes
Muller yoghurt

D - courgette and pea risotto (A choice parmesan) with a big side salad.

Syns - 2 rich tea biscuits (4)

A - milk B - probably some ryvita later on with cottage cheese
 
Sunday 16th Red

Brunch - bacon, 2 "fried" eggs, 6 fresh tomatoes, one slice toast (B choice)

banana and nectarine mid afternoon

D - Roast chicken, carrots, cauliflower, french beans, purple sprouting broccoli. Very small amount of gravy (2 syns)

Supper - 4 ryvita with cold chicken and tomatoes
Slices of melon, strawbs and raspberries.

Syns - one small scoop ben and jerry's ice cream (had to do it, it was so not worth putting it back in the freezer with that amount in the tub once OH and DD had eaten their bit!) I'll say 4 syns for that!!
