Jaylou's diary~Much better now!

Hey Shirley, good to see you again hun.
Yep, half on is okay considering - I'm struggling a bit with temptation atm, out tomorrow night to a friends and that will be naughty.. then cooked breakfast (non sw styleee) on sat morning. Ah....well, like you so rightly say - if we can't enjoy ourselves now and again!
Hope you are okay chick. xx

Hi hun, hope you enjoy your time at your friends, don't worry just get back on track when you get home x

How was your dinner Jay? It sounds lovely, I will have to get the new mag tomorrow. Enjoy your night out hun and as Shirley has said we all have to enjoy ourselves now and again!xx

The broccoli mac n cheese was fabulous!! Everyone enjoyed it, I added the bacon and with the smoked cheese it made a lovely meal. Even DD ate it (minus the green stuff of course!). Another successful SW recipe.

Enjoying ourselves is part of the plan! Build it in chuck. You'll be fine. You're possibly the most adept person on here at working normal eating into the plan and compensating for it.
Have a fantastic weekend.

x

Thank you all - well last night was indulgence personified! I'm not even going to write it on here but there was cream, cake, meat, cheese, more cream and more cheese and butter and oh so yummy food. Topped off by a gorgeous cooked brekkie this morning and a REAL FRIED EGG! OMG......

Very tired now, and when I'm tired I want to eat. A. Lot.
Just had a banana and plan to have eggs and beans on toast for dinner later. Filling comfort food which is not off plan.

Love these indulgent weekends but the belly doesn't half pay for them!
