Morning All
Just wondered if anyone uses sugar free jelly as a nice low calorie treat/snack at just 10 kcals per 1/4pt serving, with a trace of fat, 0.5g carbs and 1.6g of protien.
I really like this as its almost sin free but has the sweetness of being a sin (if u know what i mean)
Does anyone else have any great snack ideas ?
