Sunday: I am having a Mix 2 Match Day
Breakfast (N) - 42g All Bran (heb) with milk (hea) and tea
Lunch - Pasta N Sauce (1) banana
Dinner - Pork Chop with mash (heb) and peas (1). Orange.
Snacks = 2 x weetabix oaty bars (7), chuppa chups sugar free lolly (1.5) Muller Light
