Lunch
Cheese and ham toastie (HEA and HEB) and a slice of melon.

Dinner
Stir fry - chicken, peppers, onion, courgette, chilli (my mouth is actually burning!), mushrooms and sweetcorn.

I've had 10 syns so far this week...obviously I've mentioned I'm going out on Saturday night so my syns will be spent on wine. Anyone know (if anyone else reads this) how many syns are in a bottle of black tower (a large one obviously hehe)

Might have a kit kat later if I'm peckish or feeling hard done by!
 
I'm sorry I've no idea...havent had it for ages tho and want some too!! Xx
 
Had a wick day at work so decided to come home and have a bottle and a half of wine and I WILL be having another 2 bottles tomorrow with no shame. Everything else I had today was
Free or super free apart from 2 small iceland spring rolls and 2 chicken nuggets. I would guess around 40 syns but couldn't be sure. Id say I'll stay within 40 tomorrow so SHOULD still stay within my weekly limit... If not then oh well Sunday is a new day and I'm having fun!
 
Ok, I clearly had too much vino when I made my previous post but I would say (realistically thinking now) that it would have been more than 40 syns but definitely NO WHERE near as bad as what I used to do :)

Yesterday I had numerous bowls of rice and chilli throughout the day, all syn free but I'm sure I probably could have thrown in some fruit somewhere. Last night I had ALL the wine...I genuinely don't know how much. Eek. We'll go for 50 syns but who knows.

Today, I made a conscious choice (for fear I was going to die) to go out for a hangover munch. Granted, it's all I've eaten today as I'm stuffed. I had fried chicken with melted cheese, pineapple and bacon plus a little bowl of chips and coleslaw. I regret nothing. I couldn't even begin to guess the syns...just going to be extra good for the rest of the week :)
Back on plan 100% in the morning and won't be going off the rails again until my birthday (the end of the month).
Looking forward to tomorrow.

1 muller light.

Lunch
White rice and SW chilli. No syn (unless white rice is different from brown) and the superfree in the chilli is mushrooms, tomatoes, chilli and onion. Will probably have the same for dinner for convenience.

Haven't got a great selection of fruit and veg in the house at the moment so I'll have to get a shop in either later today or tomorrow.
 
Had some grapes as a snack (I give it until tomorrow at latest until the whole bunch is gone) and had some more rice and chilli for dinner. If I'm feeling peckish later I'll have an apple I think :)

I was off work today and have to say I find it easier to stay on plan whilst working...I think it's because the time to munch is limited whereas on a day off I can think about food all day and what I'm going to eat next :S I'm not usually like this, hope it passes.

Edit: I actually don't know what's wrong with me today? I'm like a bottomless pit.

Perhaps I had dinner too early.
Since dinner Ive had an apple, some grapes and an alpen light bar. I actually can't wait until bedtime, just so I can stop thinking of food.

Yes to 2 x hex's (a and b) but u don't need to use both a's.
What is in yr toastie? I would prefer cheese and beans in my toastie then have pasta or rice based dish for tea lol. But then I love cheese and beans in a toastie!!

What syns you going to have? Cx
 
Cheese and ham in my toastie. Not using syns tomorrow (well not planning to) as I majorly over synned at the weekend so I'm playing a little bit of catch up. Will probably start to use them towards the end of the week...I don't feel hard done by though (at the minute anyway), it must be because my smokehouse chicken with coleslaw and chips on Sunday was sooooooo yum hehe!
 
Well my green day was yum! I stuck to the menu listed above and the super free I had with my potato was broccoli, cauliflower and carrot! Yum. I can see more green days in my future :)

Edit: Currently munching on some strawberries :)

Edit: I did have a Kit Kat so my total syns for today is 5.5.

Weigh ins getting close, I'm feeling positive, even after my awful weekend. Lets hope it's not for nothing!

No syns, not sure I'll actually want to eat anything later which will mean no syns, if I'm feeling peckish I think I'm going to go for a muller light today.

Next week, no bs from me. I shall be splitting my syns daily, this flexi syning (eating out and drinking) is too damn hard to monitor!

Should have stopped lunch about half way through. Hope over eating isn't gonna damage me tomorrow.

You may have over eaten but it was all good stuff it wasn't as if you had too much 'junk' you should be ok...xx
