Morning everyone yesterday was an ok day I woke up feeling great with good intentions I did my day 4 of my 30day plank challenge (which is getting harder but I can feel my muscles working) then I went dancing with my MIL and earnt 5 activity points, but then we went for lunch.... I think I did ok with

cheese(2)
chicken breast(4)
BBQ sauce (1)
small jacket potato(4)
Butter (1)
Salad
Diet coke
And I refused dessert,
Then I got home had a WW bar (2)
WW yogurt(1)
Skinny latte(2)
For dinner I had
Homemade Veg soup (1)
War burton thins (3)
Light butter (1)
WW fruit crumble(5)
Light icecream(4)
Then about 9pm I had a cornetto mini mix (3)
Plus sugar in my tea (1)
Totalling 36pp 32 dailies and 4 activity
I don't like dipping into my activity or weekly points but for some reason I was so hungry yesterday,
