As it says lol. As I'm on red day I grate say half a small cauliflower, fry with black pepper and chilli powder, do for few mins or so then it's done! Replaces rice and it's more superfree!. X

I'm feeling a bit crappy to be honest or should I say grumpy, but all my friends on here know I'm like that every Monday because its weigh in tomorrow morning for me and I needed to lose 2lbs so I can get my 3 stone award but don't think I've done it this week so feeling sorry for myself .

It's been ok Jess but it could have been better, like the week before I was drinking a lot of speed soup and lost 3lbs. This week has been high on syns and lots of carbs . Anyway I'm going to have an early night now before I drive myself crazy. Good luck for weigh in tomorrow hun . Night night.
