Photo is great and a good reminder of how far you have come.

Indian also looks good, we are out tonight for one. I've decided I'm just gonna enjoy it and have a treat. I don't really want to worry about syns and the best choices. I never eat it all anyway :)
 
P.S I just had to look what Braxton Hicks were. Weird. Did you think it was real the first time it happened?
 
Hey purpled.. enjoy your meal out. Yeah I had something different to what always choose and just enjoyed it!. Never eat it all either lol.
No as I know Braxton hicks are common, just hoped it wasnt the real deal as were not ready yet and I want him cooking abit longer lol. Il know when the real deal happens though ;)


Tonights tea was lamb chops, mash, veggies, 2 yorkshires(3syns) and lamb mint gravy.(2syns)

wellll been busy weekend... And ive not been too good :(

Well i was good Sat morning,

but we was out early and couldnt go to usual place for lunch so we ended up in frankie & bennys!! And as some may know its too hard to be good lol. So we shared a starter platter. I then had new york chicken which was chicken breast, bacon, cheese and bbq sauce. Fries, Corn on cob and small pot of coleslaw :) Also had chocolate fudge brownie cake!! :break_diet: this was a late lunch so we didnt have tea until gone 10pm.. Which yep we got chinese :S god i was so bad Saturday lol. I did only get chow mein which i guess is better than some things!!

Sunday been back 100% though

B-Shredded wheat bites, Milk (HE A&B)
L- salad, home made sausage rolls. Cheese(HE A&B)

T- is going to be cauliflower rice and chilli :)
 
And tea was a very nice hot chilli with cauliflower rice!

Another day complete. Red day. So far 5.5syns... Il use the rest tonight ;)
 
What's cauliflower rice?! Need to get back on plan tomorrow. Valentines threw me off course and yesterday an today have been write offs really....though I have enjoyed myself! X
 
As it says lol. As I'm on red day I grate say half a small cauliflower, fry with black pepper and chilli powder, do for few mins or so then it's done! Replaces rice :) and it's more superfree!. X

Well today's menu is green day..=
B- banana, mango.
L- noodles, yogurt. (At my mums so not much can do)
D- jacket spud, salad, cottage cheese.

Il use HEX likely on cheese x2 with dinner and then Hifi bars on the evening!

Il need to throw some syns in somewhere too, butter, salad cream... Hot choc... And of hungry tonight some of that red Thai popcorn. Hmmmm.



AND I'm 25 weeks today!!!!! Eeeekk!

Tea - Green day. Jacket spud with cottage cheese. Cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion and cucumber mint mix, beetroot, pickled onion, boiled egg. Tbsp salad cream..

Yeah doing pretty good thanks, cant seem to stop nibbling or wanting food though! Been good all day though :D How are you? xx

I'm feeling a bit crappy to be honest or should I say grumpy, but all my friends on here know I'm like that every Monday because its weigh in tomorrow morning for me and I needed to lose 2lbs so I can get my 3 stone award but don't think I've done it this week so feeling sorry for myself :( .

It's been ok Jess but it could have been better, like the week before I was drinking a lot of speed soup and lost 3lbs. This week has been high on syns and lots of carbs :rolleyes: . Anyway I'm going to have an early night now before I drive myself crazy. Good luck for weigh in tomorrow hun :) . Night night.

Well if your still within your syns i wouldnt worry. or even slightly over! SW sure messes with our heads for losing doesnt it lol. Okay hun take care & good luck xx

Hey Jess :) your food looks delicious as always . You did well to just have a small gain, that half pound will come off easily. I wasn't too happy with my sts because it ment I can't get my 3 stone this week, any other week I wouldn't have minded. Anyway that's water under the bridge now, a new week and a fresh start :p. I hope you have a good week ahead too and we both report a good loss for next week. Hope you have a lovely evening hun :) .
