Happy 26 weeks, looking great :)
 
Well had a busy few days.

Went shopping with my grandparents on Monday and Tuesday seemed hectic too...

Taster last night I made these. Kind of like a flapjack. Or I'd call them fruit oat bites...

Late lunch... Lettuce, egg mayo, onion and cucumber mint mix, tomato, gherkin, beetroot, cottage cheese, radish, pepper and crabsticks. (1syn for mayo)

Fakeaway tonight... Kebab and cheesy chips! Also did half sweet potato chips too and were delicious!! Onion and cucumber mint mix, shredded lettuce on side and in pitta with a creamy garlic sauce.
Ohh it's was SO good!! And 0syns!

Oh it was SO good :)

Realised I've only had 2 Syns today on sausages and mayo do just enjoyed a nice daim bar for 7.5syns and a jammie pink and white for 3 Syns. So good having chocolate bar yet it's within my allowence :D
 
Well I've decided since I'm more to the likeness of gaining more now I'm not going to be good as in to see a loss on the scales.

I'm going to still be 100% but I was saying to Rob that the more of a 100% week I have then it's equal to a loss regardless what the scales say.
As I had a really good week this week and scales on Tues night said up 2.5lb. I was gutted but thought no! I've had a great week so I should get thst feeling I do when I lose...
Hopefully it will help me stick to plan even more :-D
 
Sounds like such a good attitude to have x it's hard seeing the scales go up an unfortunately it's inevitable in pregnancy x there are lots of NSV's though (non-scale victories) and just knowing your eating healthy for baby has got to be up there :) x

Thanks Jess. Yeah wish I felt like this earlier but never mind. It's great knowing I'm been healthy and knowing my little boy will be too :) xx

oh im so addicted to them at the minute!! And there 0 syns :D Just use pitta bread for your heB and cheese as heA!! which makes them even more better hehe! xx

only ones are weight watchers wholemeal ones. Which can be a pain to find at times. I got from my big Asda and froze a load, but not really seen any in stock for a while :/ x

Doing very well thanks. Had pretty much 100% week but gained 2.5lb on Tues night.. But i feel good within myself as i know i was on plan for the week!
Doing good since too, Infact about to make a yummy curry for tea tonight. x
