Makes me feel a whole lot better now with the overall gain since I've not added to that for 3 weeks! Wonder if I can pull week 4 off as a maintain hehe.
I've got a bad day on Saturday as were travelling to Newcastle for a friend's little girls birthday party so it's likely motorway food on the way and a buffet whilst there. As I'm so not making and taking something with me!
Apart from that day I've no excuse for a 100% week so we shall see!!! Xx

Yesterday meals

Hifi for breakfast.
Pasta salad for lunch. 1syn for 2tbsp mayo.
Tandoori curry for tea. 8syns for 4 poppadoms.

Yey to another day!!

First of May and pleased it's a 100% one too.


Breakfast - shredded wheat. Milk. (heA/B)

Lunch - salmon, ham, cheese(heA) and salad. 1syn for squirt of salad cream.

Tea - steak, jacket potato (heB) garlic mushrooms, onion tomato and pepper fried with herbs. Peppercorn sauce which was 4syns

5 syns on meals total and 5.5syns on some quavers. So total 10.5 :)

Well the pains I was having yesterday and half the night have stopped. So knew it was baby just teasing me!!! Lol. Ahh well less than 5 weeks until due date now :).unless he's stubborn and goes over due. Who knows...

I've got another good day planned food wise. Not sure with breakfast or lunch atm but having the kebab meat from fakeaway book for tea. Thinking red day and do some chips from heB. So now to plan rest of the day ....

Red day.

B- banana, hifi bar (heB)

L- chicken and pineapple skewers on a bed of lettuce, tomato, cucumber, gherkins, egg and primula cheese (heA and 2syns)

T- fakeaway night.. donner kebab with cheesy chips(heA+B) lettuce, tomato, cucumber...and my fav diced cucumber onion mint mix.

Well done on being back on it, your food looks fab!! I once tried the SW fake kebab but used the wrong mince and it was vile!! Think I used turkey instead of lamb or something. Those chicken skewers look lovely x

Thank you :) can't imagine using turkey to do it so that might be why! Lol.
The way in the book is slightly how I used to do it anyway apart from this one you add a egg. Which is very messy scooping the mixture into a loaf tin but I think it helps with the dryness!

Well yesterday was a off plan day as I knew was happening. Had buffet foods, birthday cake... Then pizza hut for our late tea about half 8 when we got about 2/3 of the way home.
Back on plan today though!! Hopefully it won't of damaged my week too much and I can pull another STS since o have the past 3 weeks :D

There's every chance we could have our little ones at the same time if you go early and I have to be induced (May 29th), but I'm hoping mine doesn't want to wait that long! :)

How exciting! Never know ehh ;) Ive got one of my best friends pregnant and shes only 9 days behind me too so its pretty awesome knowing we could labour around same time too! Hope your feeling ok, soo not long for you now!! :D

Thanks Sammie, I am but still get annoyed with all my weight gain lol. It is hard but almost over :D i hope it doesnt get too hard trying to stay on plan after arrival... need to lose the weight not gain more, Ive my cousins wedding mid October to get slimming for!! xx
 
You'll be fine Hun I'm sure it will soon drop off.. I lost a stone straight away and I put on quite a bit in the last trimester in comparison to the first two but I think as long as you make good choices most of the time then it all balances out :)

I've got 2 friends pregnant- one is due May 20th, the other May 24th and we are all giving birth in the same hospital so there's every chance we'll be in there at the same time!
That'd be so cool as our babies will be growing up together :)
11 days now- I'm hoping he/she wants to come early!
I'm still getting little niggles but otherwise just the usual late pregnancy aches and pains and my bump seems to have exploded and is really low so that's a good sign :)

I didn't actually find it that hard.

I think I knew in my head though that as soon as id had ruby I wanted to be straight back on plan no messing about so I just got back to it and thought this I what I want and where I want to be and nothing's going to stop me. That being said of course I've had the odd treat here and there!

I hope so :) yeah I'm there tonight, been good all week except Saturday as was travelling and at a kids birthday party. But the past 3 weeks I've stayed the same which I've been so so pleased with!! Shocked too to be honest.
I have made some meals so far, well only 6 different curry sauces, just need to add chicken/onion etc.
But hopefully next week make a couple more easy stuff so we've Atleast got something to fall back on.

Cannot wait to start seeing the losses though, I've been a very long time!!

Well only gained half a pound!! So pleased with that after a Saturday of bad food at birthday party and pizza hut on way home.... That's makes it half a pound gain in the last 4 weigh ins :)
