August challenges/goals
* To lose 4lb.
* Be on plan the whole month minus 2 nights out that I've planned (2nd & 30th).
* Be in the gym at least once a week.
* Focus on my overall monthly loss and not weekly. It all adds up!
* Try a new meal/recipe once a week.
