August challenges/goals
* To lose 4lb.
* Be on plan the whole month minus 2 nights out that I've planned (2nd & 30th).
* Be in the gym at least once a week.
* Focus on my overall monthly loss and not weekly. It all adds up!
* Try a new meal/recipe once a week.

Thank you... With my weight loss been on a very slow (July I only actually lost 2.5lb and was on plan all but 4days that month!)
So need some little things to keep me focused :)

Had this for lunch... Mini potatoes with bacon, spring onion and cheese on! Went down a treat for Jacob too. :)

I am actually starting to like my shape/body again. Actually said to Rob last night I'm starting to feel skinnier lol.

After lunch I Snacked on a WW yogurt and a apple.

Then just finished a beautiful tea...

HEB - il have a hifi bar.

Syns - 1.5syn on rice.

Thank you. It's basically....
Steak, onion, pepper, rice, paprika chips... then the sauce for in steak is
Pinch coriander+cumin. 1tsp garlic. 4tbsp spy sauce. 1tbsp cherry vinegar. But I didn't have so used balsamic vinegar and added some sweetener lol. But it was so nice!!!! X


Well WI has come around!! Eekk. I've been on plan 100% minus Saturday night. Which when working it out I had around 50syns. Didn't drink loads... Didn't even get drunk which was disappointing lol but sensible with having the boys from 5am!
So very debatable on what result will be.. x

I'm going to a earlier group as off to meet my auntie I've not seen for years,she's down at one of the holiday resorts near me. So off to play some bingo and let the kiddies play. Bet hubby will enjoy the quite time lol x
