Also completed gym session again
I did weights and situps on Saturday and by heck my stomach still aches lol. So decided mon/wed/fri is cardio and then Tues/thurs I'm just going to do weights and situps. Weekends are my rest days.
I can tell the difference in my calf muscles too!
Great food. Its good to mix up your gym sessions (so my daughter tells me and she's a qualified personal trainer) and you are doing so well. You'll really notice the inch loss soon
