Well it's WI tonight. Expecting a big gain, food, wine and sweets on Friday. . Pizza in Saturday thenbuffet and cake on Sunday!! But fresh start and been on plan since Monday x

Morning. Things are good, Connor is a bit better. Jacob is back to his normal self... And I managed a gym session today!

Excited for Friday, we go back to Haggerston castle to collect our keys to the caravan!

B- Fryup. 1syn for sausages & hea



L- tuna jacket spud. Salad.



T- turkey, bacon and thyme hotpot.



Healthy Extras
A- 30g cheddar cheese
B- 2 hifi lights

2- tbsp butter.
