since last pic was 3.5 stone ive waited past 4 stone..

here is loss off 4 stone 10.5lb (16th oct this pic was taken)
again against a pic of before i started SW

will post at 5 and half stone next. Still over 10lb to go for next piccy! x

An since the above pic, 4st 10.5lb i gained, lost an STS twice. But this pic from 10th Nov '12 i feel & look slimmer that before. yet im 0.5lb heavier than then too!
