I have butt DOMS!!!!

Oh girls last nights food was a kebab! Day was on plan though! I don't feel guilty about it as I craved it and enjoyed it! this week will be a half week of goodness and naughtiness because of plans but I'm fine with that as next week I can have a whole week (bar one night) on plan.

Going for a cocktail making class followed by a meal for a colleagues birthday tonight which should be good will try and get some pics!

Competition diet for the day: chicken kale and spring greens

I might have a cheeky burger tonight - I'll need something to soak up the booze!

I have a new gym goal: squat 80kg by December! Can only do 20 at the moment but going to aim for it!

Haha I know! I hate it and love it at the same time! I'm wearing my new skinnies today and had to do the 'jump and wriggle' to get them on and my poor butt and legs!
