You look gorgeous, Jet (and your OH too). I can identify with the heavy feeling after carbs (despite enjoying them when I ate) and it doesn't seem worth the hassle of feeling so rough. I'm going to stick to wholemeal pasta for a while until my body gets used to it - ie I stop feeling bloated - when on conso.

Hi Jet,
a quick catch-up note from me too. You both look stunning in those pictures and well done to 'survive' the weekend in style. Blue was definitley the dress to wear!
That 'last stone' will be gone before Christmas I'm sure, the you can dazzle everyone with you new looks at parties etc.
Glad to see that the return to work is working out okay too, it's always strange to come back after a longer absence (personally I can only speak about maternity leave), it always takes a while to settle with everyone etc.
Anyway it's late and I really need to get some sleep before DD2 wakes me (it was 5 this morning argh! I did send her back to bed, so then it was 5.40 then next time she came up instead)
Have a good week and I hope to catch up later!

morning diary ,im up again got my brew and just made some greek yogurt with a bit of sweetener and some cinnamon (i cant remember who i got that one off, so thanksyou it taste's yummy )
thank you anju !! im actually dreading conso because it looks so complex like i have said before but im going to take more notes nearer the time and really try my best and also read the book again on conso ,cruise seems a doodle at the mo lol !!!!!!!!!!!

evening all well wot a stressful afternoon !!!!!!!!!!
been trying to get on all afternoon my new lap top has gone t**ts up lol and i got a phone call from jordan's school saying something is wrong with his braces so i had to rush him to the dentist welllllllll it wasnt has bad has i had feared ,he said afterwards that it was hurting him and so he had a fiddle kids mmmmmmmmmmmmm !!!!! so he got my tougue for making me stressed but he is ok now !!!!!!

Re: Jordan - you should have let him suffer a bit
easier to say than do I know, esp if you don't actually know what's happened, I presume he told you about fiddling his braces *after* you'd seen the dentist?
