Hi Helen,

Not sure when I'm "officially" starting yet - I might work my way up a couple of stages on cd first (at least until I'm eating carbs again)

Sounds like a good plan mate - work your way up the CD steps and use Unit to maintain

Absolutely as DQ said - work your way up and use the unit diet for maintenance(sp?).

You will definately love the diet but might be a little psyched out by the amount of carbs you can have if you start too soon!!
