Today is day 1 for me! My daughter is 6 weeks old today and it's now time to get my bottom into gear and lose 4 stone!

Joining group tonight, but starting plan thismorning.... Up feeding baby so already had a banana!

Planning to update this on my night feeds daily to keep me on track and motivated!
 
Breakfast: sachet of plain oatso simple ( hex a ) made with skimmed milk ( hex b ) and a banana

Lunch : jacket potatoe with beans and salad

Snack : apple and sunbites (6.5 syns)

Dinner : steak, new potatoes , mixed salad with fat free dressing

Snack : muller light yogurt and options hot chocolate ( 2 syns)

All in all a good day! 8.5 syns used, no hunger felt! :)
