Just got back from WI and 2lbs off. is nice to be back losing again and pleased after only really being on plan since Monday. A short week for me now tho as back to normal class on Tuesday. Got plenty to face before then tho to keep on track for another loss, got a hen night tomorrow going for a meal and I'm sure a few glasses of vino the one saving grace will be I have a drive to Brighton on Saturday morning early so will need to watch what I'm drinking. And there is my second possible stumbling block an away trip to Brighton usually means fast food or footy stadium food so some planning will be needed for that too. Finally a trip to nan's on Sunday where cake and bread etc are always there in abundance so strong mindedness is gunna be needed.
Anyhows for the time being I'm gunna focus on my loss and I'm chuffed x
