That's not nice the meanies and your boss should be well ashamed of himself. Maybe it was too painful you being off tho so they blocked the memory. I had the opposite actually was told i had been missed but even by my clients..... There all sneaks! Lol! :)

Yeah I'm quite pleased really and I do plan to have it all gone quickly :) x

Thanks minks. As I said I do feel relieved and am proud of myself for having been and gotten it done I wouldn't have done that in the past would have been weeks maybe months and I'd have put more and more on.

Definately onwards and downwards :) x

Oh that's a gret gain for off plan time Jo! Well done and I'm sure if your 100% you'll probably lose that in your first week back - no pressure lol you'll be fine :)

Thanks ems. It's weird to be pleased with a gain isn't it but I am lol. Having fingers crossed for 100%week and a big loss next week :) its like being all shiny and new again but with a little more experience lol!! :) x
 
Well done Jo. A friend of mine went off plan for one week (not even away on holiday) and gained 7lbs. Not that there was anything wrong with that as she'd enjoyed herself, but I think you've done fab to only put that little amount on. It'll be off a soon as. :D

So tell me, what would Mr. Hughton be wanting to go to a tin pot country-bumkin club like Norwich for when he could stay in the second city? Hope he stays with you but got to admit it isn't looking too good. I did laugh to see that Mr. Bruce has been linked with the mighty Hull City today. My, how the mighty have fallen :giggle: + their fans don't even want him :giggle: :giggle:

So how do you rate England's chances in the Euros? Be lucky to get out of the group I think :eek:

Fingers crossed it will be off as easy as it went on but yep was pretty happy with the gain.

Can't deny am absolutely gutted at chrissy h going normally I would be agreeing with what you say about us and Norwich and I do think if we were financially in a better position he wouldn't have gone but were in a bloody mess :( and it makes me so sad to see my footy club in such a bad way. Can't blame him going tho and will never forget one of the best seasons in my memory that he gave us last season. What worries me is I don't know where we go from here! :(

As for mr bruce my dad still reckons he will be Our manager again at some point! Stranger things have happened but I think hull are a better prospect than us at the mo!

I don't think it's looking great for England, we have a tough group and quite a young inexperienced team plus with injuries left right and centre it ain't looking good. I'm with you I don't think we will make it past the group stage. I do like to see us do well and of course will support us but I try not to get too involved I have too much heartache in domestic football without the heartache of England too! Lol!! x
 
First couple days back on plan have not gone to plan. cupboards still bare as mum has been too tired to shop and ive ended up with sciatica in my hip and leg :( not at work today in too much pain and worried about driving to work in case my back or leg siezes up then I'm in trouble! So sitting with a hot water bottle watching daytime tv, think I may do an online shop in case can't get out tomorrow and parents are away for the weekend. so have made the best of what have had in and have made the best choices from whats available.

Weather outside miserable too looks like the middle of November out there so feeling a bit fed up all in all. Hey ho things can only get better :)

Oh No! Poor Jo! Feel for you hun, I get Sciatica and pardon the pun, its a pain in the bum! Even worse when I cycle because I just want to scream.

Defo do an online shop, you can have it all delivered and have some nice fresh stuff by the morning and then you won't have to worry about being off plan or anything.

And yes, the weather is crapola and I can't wait to have a snugglesome weekend :D

Hope the hip/leg gets better soon honey, try massaging into the leg/hip joint (your butt!) as that can help the nerve xxx

It is so painful and just can't shake the pain that's the worse thing about it :(

Have done my online shop so should be here by lunchtime tomorrow have done a meal plan too so know what we are having for the week including some new meals :)

A snuggle some weekend sounds great, hope you ok minks x

3.5lbs is nothing in the grand scheme of everything, and certainly not in 10 days. Straight on and straight back off!

Hope the pain eases soon, I can imagine how you're feeling. My dad has slipped discs and sciatica so I've seen how bad it is! Hugs xx

Your so right as soon as I got back to work I thought the first thing I need to do is book some more time off! :)

Am feeling a bit more achy today rather than in pain if that makes sense! Have done a little bit round the house but starting to ache again now so resting it again x
 
Shame you couldn't make WI hun :( have the new tablets started to help at all yet? What a major bummer not being able to do anything because of it. Get yourself a good book to read or movie to watch - or have you already?!
