Having a good week so far on plan altho did go out on wednesday night to celebrate my brothers new job, didn't stick to plan but what I've done since then is eat sf and f just using syns where really needed. I'm hoping that way I will get away with it a little and maybe even sneak a loss.

Had physio today on my back same as before so more resting and doing exercises. Had a lovely visit from my best friend and her two kids yeaterdah was so lovely to see them. They brought me a lovely bunch of flowers and a handmade card. There visit certainly put a smile on my face, which is lucky as I was meant to be going out tonight for a friends birthday and am not able to go dont think my back would have stood a pair of stilletos plus my work have been so good with me being off wouldn't wanna jeopardise it by being seen out clubbing when I haven't been in work! Mind u on the plus side i will be saving on syns not drinking numerous shots and vodka!! :)

Well not updated for days, don't know why really tut tut tut!!

Anyhows still on plan tho it's been a long hard slog this week tho have been tempted on so many occasions to eat stuff that I shouldn't. Have no reason why even but I have manged to resist and have been good all week. Have everything crossed for another loss this week and to finally reach my next shiny :)

We were clearing some stuff out on Sunday and came across some old photos there was one of me from feb 2010 and I was surprised at the difference in how I looked then to now and it did put a smile on my face :) maybe that's what has kept me away from those cakes and chocolate :)

I know the feeling this week! I spent half hour staring at cereal bars and all sorts of crap in the supermarket yesterday talking myself into and out of getting them! For no reason at all! It was only an hour before lunch too! I've craved crap all week lol well done for staying strong! You shall be rewarded with a loss for sure :)

You are both stronger than me. When the urge strikes me I cave. Well some of the time at least. :D

It's weird isn't it ive been the same have no idea why I've craved crap at all!! Well done u for not caving either! X

Well I had quite a good day yesterday had physio first and she is pleased with the progress altho there is still a fair way to go there has been a definate improvement. When I first went I had a lot of trigger points in my back when she pressed at various points which she then had to work on these have more than halved from when I first began to go. This means she has been able to focus more on loosening the hamstrings and continuing to relieve the spasm. Still in pain If I sit for too long in a normal sitting position which she has said could be still be for weeks but the exercises she has given me will continue to help relieve this. She has advised that I can go back to work next week has suggested staggered return and has given me some other advice for when I go back. Still no exercise tho she thinks a couple of weeks before can start swimming :(

WI was yesterday evening and finally my 1.5 stone award just lost the little 0.5 off to get it last night but I don't care as finally its mine :) :) :) on countdown now to the club 10 and feeling a renewed sense of motivation :)

Just awaiting on some important news on Monday now and fingers crossed that goes the right way and life should be back on kilter finally. Well until the next time hehe :)
