Jo Jo will not Yo-Yo anymore!!

Hope bootcamp goes well hunny! :) xx

Thanks for your lowly messages but the bad news is bootcamp was cancelled yesterday morning lady was off poorly sick so waiting to hear when they plan on starting it now only problem is it runs for 5 weeks and dependant on when it is will depend on if I can do it. Not to worry tho I'm sure I can survive another few weeks without killing myself off! :)

Done a lovely fully healthy shop today tho so am ready and willing too go I also have plans to start the c25k app tomorrow night when I get in from work. It was the Bham half marathon today and or privately set myself a challenge to be ready to run it this time next year! 12 months to go, I can do it right???

You can definitely do it hunny, that's a great goal to have! The c25k is meant to be great and I really wanted to do it but was told not to when dr's thought I had gallstones. Now they say my results are 'normal' (so no idea what's causing the pains) so that means I can exercise! Not doing the c25k because it's cold and Wintery now :( but as I have the next two weigh ins booked off after tomorrows weigh in I'm going to start the 30 day shred. I've been worried that I would gain on it at first As some others have, but if I won't be weighing in for 3 weeks then I should certainly even myself out so it should be ok when I go back, so I may as well do it now whilst I can! Your running will be a great motivation for you and also has the added bonus of aiding in your weight loss! :) just make sure you get some good running shoes so you don't cause any impact damage to your legs or back as I know you've already got back problems hunny and don't want you hurting yourself xx

Yeah that's the only thing the rain does put me off I do like my warmth and comfort! I started the 30DS about 6 months ago I did 5 days I think in total and it is hardcore but good you've given me an idea now I might revisit it too! But defiantly want to do the half marathon next year so need to get started on the running. Good point about the trainers prob do need to watch my back x

Sorry to hear about bootcamp. I agree with Sammy that you need to make sure you get decent shoes. So many on here with foot probs due to exercising without the right gear. :D Love your dediacation though. :D

Your right pp I do I will do some research on the net about shoes. Thanks pp I need to get my ass moving! X

Is the c25k hard?? I've got a fun run next month - it's only 2 miles but I've never ran that before in my life!! Everyone dresses as Santa hence the 'fun' part :D
Let me know what you think sweetie, be good to know xx

Well I haven't managed to actually ever start it yet but I've only heard good things about it. Fun run sounds fab especially with all the Santas :) x

Aw don't be fed up - I sometimes find things take a week to catch up. bad weeks always seem to effect me when they're a distant memory and I've been an angel all week! xx
