D: - not sure yet...not got much sw friendly food in!! maybe a pasta tuna thing!

Snacks: 2 x tea (30ml of milk from HeA)
220ml of ss milk (left from HeA)

Gonna try to not have any syns today seen as I totally cheated yesterday! We'll see how that goes tonight!! Will it make up for my complete misuse of syns this week if I don't have ANY until monday??

Would love to see 1 pound loss this week!!!! 2 is a long lost dream that is totally not gonna happen but 1...I can do that!!

Ok so this weekend completely went out the window!! I wasn't feel very well and kind of just ate whatever happened to be around. I didn't go mad but didn't stick to any kind of diet. Hopefully I'll stay the same on the weigh in tomorrow which I won't mind..as long as I haven't set my progress back I'll be happy..watch this space!! :)
 
Lost a pound!!! Yay!!! Really pleased with that...didn't follow the diet a lot this weekend so was sure that I would stay the same but I so didn't!! :)

On a course this week so will update signature later xx

OMG love the WW dessert! Definitely get these again! You think they're tiny but they are really filling and seriously lemonishus!

Only realised this half way through the second finger!!! Cheeky *******!

Weighed myself this morning and it came in at 9 stone 10...hopefully I can get back down to 9 stone 9 before monday! Don't mind staying the same this week...I've totally not stuck to it! :p

Trying to do the 1.5l a day for 14 days volvic challenge...that's just less than 3 pints which shouldn't be too hard. I'll update my pints every time I chug them down :) Hopefully feel more awake and have less headaches!
