Jogging or not

The hardest bit for me is getting my backside out of bed to do it. once i have my trainers on i am okay.

Maybe if someone went running with you tara..would that get you out of bed? I took my boys yesterday...that helped.

Really want a dog, but i've a full house already...maybe when the kids move out!

Went on my 1st jog yesterday...it felt really good to get out in the fresh air without having to rush off somewhere. Today, my legs, hips and butt hurt...should have stretched a bit more...i think my body still thinks it's in its 20s!

Still managed to do the Jillian Michaels dvd today though :D

I have a dog so thats my motivation. But my bed is so nice and warm. who really wants to get out of a nice warm bed into the cold wet outside.

I use the podcasts from this site (you dont need to subscribe, you can download them all for free)

The music is not really my taste, but its inoffensive and seems appropriate for running and I don't mind it too much. That said, I've only done week 1 so far, so I'm not sure what the music is like for the rest of the programme. The guy's cheesy California drawl is a bit irritating, but you dont hear from him too often so its just about bearable.

Luckily for me (well in this instance anyway) my little 34Bs dont present me with any problems! In fact the biggest problem I had was finding that the jogging bottoms I wear to the gym are too loose for running in - had to go out and buy new ones.
