John West Light lunch

Hi all,

Been on slimming world about 3 weeks and finding it really hard, but just had a John west tuna light lunch, tomato salsa as had to grab something between meetings, does anybody know the syn value on these, figured about 2 as mainly free. I'm on a red day by the way.

Oooh, really? that's higher than i thought. Going out for dinner tonight, which is going to be a complete mission, and i know i am going to fail miserably, so was trying to go for as low as possible. Thanks for the answer anyway.
